PornyxHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a notice

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to pornyxhub@gmail.com including:

• Your contact information (name, address, email).
• Identification of the copyrighted work and the URL of the infringing material on the Site.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Processing

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material in question within a reasonable period of time. We may also terminate access for repeat infringers.
